Can I check in baggage to my final destination when having international flight connecting to a domestic one of Philippine Air Lines?

Passengers arriving from an international flight of Philippine Airlines with a direct connection to any Philippine Airlines destination can request for through check in. Your baggage may be checked through if you are holding valid ticket all the way from your point of origin to your final destination. However, customs clearance will still be in Manila.
If you are onboard a Philippine Airlines flight from the U.S.A., Canada or Narita and are going to connect to Cebu or Davao, you can proceed immediately to the Philippine Airlines Domestic Terminal at NAIA 2 after clearing with Immigration. You no longer need to have your baggage cleared in Manila, as the appointed Customs staffs in Cebu or Davao will take care of your baggage clearance.

Will I have to pay for airport terminal fee for my Philippines Airlines flight, if yes, how much?

Airport terminal fees for international flights are PHP550 and for domestic flights are PHP200. You will have to pay Airport terminal fees at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Centennial Terminal 2). Airport terminal fees for Express code-shared flights of Philippine Airlines are PHP200 per passenger and it will be collected at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.
