CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 AM. If early check-in is required, it is subject to availability and late check-out will be charged a little fee of the room rate.

CANCELLATION/PREPAYMENT

- No amendment or cancellation allowed
- No-showed booking will be full charged for whole booking for full length stay
- Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

- Each bedroom in each villa can accommodate 2 adults and 01 child under 12 years old.
- Children under 6 years old are free of charge if sharing existing beds with adults.
- Children from 6 and under 12 years old sharing on existing beds with adults will get breakfast surcharge at USD 8.48/head.
- Children from 12 and older are considered as adult and will be charged USD 56.54 net/night/person. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
- Surcharge for extra person is at USD 56.54 net/person/night that is inclusive of breakfast only. Extra bed will be provided subject to availability.
- Maximum one extra person per bedroom is allowed.

Customers provide bank details as a guarantee of the reservation except for special conditions or rates.
