How can I pay for AloTrip.com ticket?
Payment
At website AloTrip.com, we only accept payment with credit card (Visa Card or Master Card) through Paypal gate. After passenger searches for flight, fill all information, the total price will be shown up. Passenger clicks button “Continue to pay” and there will be 2 payment methods: Pay now and Pay later. However, passenger should pay for the ticket right after booking or the price of ticket may change.

Will ticket price and reservation be kept after finish AloTrip payment?

AloTrip ticket price and reservation are only kept when passenger makes payment for your reservation. AloTrip.com does not insure that your reservation code may be canceled or the ticket price may be changed. Therefore, passenger should pay for your ticket right after booking.

How can I get ticket after my payment for ticket of AloTrip.com?

After your payment for booking at AloTrip.com our system will inform your successful payment and reservation code to your email. We will issue ticket and send eticket to your email address. Passenger just prints the eticket and brings it to the airport for check-in.

After booking and payment, not get ticket of AloTrip.com yet, what should I do?

After your payment for booking at AloTrip.com our system will inform your successful payment and reservation code to your email. We will issue ticket and send eticket to your email. How to verify card holder with AloTrip?
Payment
After receiving payment for any booking, we will insure authenticity of the transaction. We will order passenger to support us as below to verify card holder and make sure that there is no steal or fraud:
1. Passport scanned copy of main page; colored and readable
2. Two (2) sides of your Credit Card by color scanned with Card holder name and Card number clearly (the first 6 digits and the last 3 digits must be un-hided).

We only issue ticket and send to your email after we receive your payment and verify the transaction.

Do I have to pay any fees when paying for ticket of AloTrip.com?

Apart from total amount (in the final stage of your booking) that passenger has to pay for your ticket; we do not charge any other fees.

Can I use a single use credit card to pay for AloTrip.com ticket?

Card holder can pay for ticket of other people. After your payment we will order as below to verify card holder and transaction to avoid fraud or steal.
