Passengers should present at the boarding gate of flights conducted by Jetstar Pacific 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers have to present at the boarding gate 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of Jetstar Airways flights.

Passengers have to present at the boarding gate 25 minutes before scheduled departure time of routes within Australia.

Passengers must be at the gate of boarding Jetstar Pacific 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of fight within Asia conducted by Jetstar Pacific, Jetstar Asia, or partners of Jetstar Pacific.

All passengers (including children and infants traveling with adults) need to show identification in accordance with aviation security. The papers below with photo and in validity will be accepted:

- Passport
- ID card
- Certificate of armed forces
- The National Assembly deputies’ card
- Party members’ Card
- The Journalist card
- Driving license
- Birth certificate (for children under 14).

All passengers (including children and infants traveling with adults) need to show identification in accordance with Jetstar aviation security. The papers below with photo and in validity will be accepted:

- Passport
- Driving licenses
- The company staff’s card
- The pupils / students’ card
- Birth certificates or identity car

All passengers traveling on domestic flights intra-Asia by Jetstar Asia (3K) and international flights from/to Australia by Jetstar Airways (JQ) must present a valid passport at the time of check-in procedures at the airport. Your responsibility is to provide a full range of necessary valid documents including visas. Some countries may require round-trip tickets or tickets for connecting flights. All children and infants traveling with adults should have their own passport or must be named in passports of their parents or guardians.

If passenger is 18 and above, he can conduct a flight in the country and departing from the international terminal. The passenger will need to show identification with photo and his full name. His boarding pass will be stuck with the 'D', which can make the trip in the country. He also must sign in the box’s blank and can record detailed identification information.

Passengers must retain boarding pass to present at the point of entry procedures and customs of destination. This is requirement under the provisions of immigration managed by the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA).

All personal papers below with photo and in validity will be accepted:

- Passport

- Driving license

- Personal certificate: Commonwealth, The state of Australia, The authorities of the Commonwealth of Australia or the states on the territory of Australia

- Aviation security card issued by the aircraft operator or airport authorities in Australia.

- Children and infants are required to have personal papers as an adult (papers with photo as prescribed). The exception is applied to children and infants traveling with an adult. If children accompanied by their parents or guardians, names of parent or guardian must be written on the back of their Jetstar boarding pass.

The Qantas Club and partners of Jetstar lounge use is defined as follows:

Passengers with Starter Max using coded flights as international flights: JQ, 3K, GK, BL or in partnership with QF will use Partner Lounge.

Passengers with Business Max in international coded flights of JQ, 3K, or in partnership with QF will use Qantas Club Lounge and lounge of partners.

Passengers of Starter Max and Business Max in these flight on the above will use the lounge if it is available. The use will start from the opening to closing time of check in procedure and boarding.

The use of lounge is not applicable to passengers from/to connecting flights without Starter Max and Business Max.

Business passengers of Jetstar not buying Max package will not be allowed to use waiting lounge, unless it is Qantas Club and passengers as member of Qantas Club.
