What are regulations of Jetstar Airline on deaf passenger?

Deaf passengers with companion are carried like normal passengers. Deaf passenger without companion, able to go, eat and serve himself during transportation must inform the airlines to have suitable services.

Does Jetstar Pacific have bus for transferring passengers from center city to the airport?
Special orders
Jetstar offers bus transferring passengers from Hanoi center to Noi Bai airport with 40 000VND/turn. You need to be at the airport at least 2 hours 30 mins before flight time. Passengers can take bus at 206 Tran Quang Khai Street. Besides, passengers can check in free right at 206 Tran Quang Khai Street and go to the waiting lounge right after getting off the bus to the airport. No need to check in at the airport any more.

In my flights with Jetstar, what services are free and what need fee?

In Jetstar Pacific Airlines, passengers will be served with foods and drinks as order or ticket class. There are many drinks such as fruit juices, soft drinks, tea and coffee as well as snacks and soft foods just below 100000VND or 20 USD. Passengers can bring your own food to the flights. However, there will be no machine to process your foods or drinks, no spoon, dish, paper…. For passengers bring food to the flights.

Does Jetstar Airlines offer special services? When to order service?
Special orders
Jestar can offer some special services if passenger order. There will be a fee for some services. Services may be not available in all flights. Passengers please order special services at least 3 days before flight time. In case of late order, the services are not available when you are at the airport, passengers may be refused to carry. Do I need to bring blanket on board of Jetstar?
Special orders
When on Jetstar aircraft, the temperature can be different from that on the ground, to ensure your health in good condition, Starter class passengers can prepare yourself with thin blanket, while and passengers of Business class will be offered this service.

Do I need to submit medical clearance if I got fever before getting on Jetstar flights?

No. Overall, the majority of medical conditions will not hinder passengers’ flights, but for some diseases or physical limitations, JetstarPacific Airlines orders passengers to present a health check before the airline can determine the ticket request of passenger.

Can Jetstar Airlines order passengers not to bring snacks on board in case other being allergic?
Special orders
No. Jetstar Pacific can not ensure environment without allergies in cabins. If passengers are allergic to peanuts, the airline can not provide flight with no peanut, because the other passengers are allowed to bring snacks containing peanuts on board. Therefore, passengers should use certain measures in order to prevent from being allergic in flights.

Can passengers of Starter Max Jetstar use waiting lounge?

Using waiting lounge and services is dependent on the availability of Jetstar. The use of lounge applies to Starter Max passengers booking Starter Max airfare after March 11, 2014 onwards.

Can member of Qantas Club having connecting flight with Jetstar use Qantas Club lounge?

To members of Qantas Club having connecting flights with Jetstar Airways of JQ and 3K will have a right to use Qantas Club (if any). The advantage does not apply to lounge of partner airlines.

Jetstar long-haul flights are operated by a fleet of Boeing 787-8, with 21 for Business Class and 314 for Economy Class. A320 can carry 180 passengers, and A321 can carry 220 passengers. Services are offered in long-haul flights of A330-200, which is well equipped with 303 seats including 38 seats of Business Class and 265 seats of Economy Class.
