Does Jetstar provide connecting flights?
Flights
No. Jetstar Pacific Airlines is a low-cost air carrier providing point-to-point and does not offer connecting flights to transport baggage. When booking, passengers are responsible to define suitable schedule to receive baggage and carry check-in procedure. Passengers are advised to have at least 120 minutes to prepare between international flights.

If flight is changed, will Jetstar Airways compensate to passengers?

If flights are delayed or cancelled as for unpredictable problems, even passengers complete check-in procedure or not, we will support you to transport you to your destination. Yet, we do not take any responsibility to paying for fees that passengers suffer from baggage delayed, flight cancelled, unless there is different law on these situations.

What happens if I cannot check in Jetstar flights?
Flights
If passenger is late for checking in, passenger will not allow to implement the flight. Depending on your fare rules, your airfare may not have value to conduct other replacing flights. Otherwise, you have to pay the difference in ticket price and/or change fee to get new ticket.

Shall Jetstar Airways serve meals and drinks for free?
Flights
No. On routes of Jetstar Airways, passengers can buy drinks and snack; or, passengers can book meals when buy tickets for long-haul flights. Passengers can buy lunch, dinner with diverse menu (European cusine, regional dishes, or vegetarian meals). Note, main meals are not available on board, passengers have to book in advance.

On long-haul route of Jetstar, shall Economy class passenger be served main meal?

Yes. Passengers on flights of Jetstar Airway are served main meals, yet, these meals must be booked in advance as they are not available on board. When booking long-haul flights with A330 and 787**, passengers can buy main meals. For lunch and dinner, passengers can choose dishes from European menu, regional menu and vegetarian one, including desserts and cakes. In some flights, passengers can be served the second meal. All meals include drinks.

How to pay for drinks and meals on board of Jetstar?

There are two ways for passengers to pay for meals and drinks on board:
- Option 1: Passengers can pay by credit card in the long haul flight (A330 or 787 **)
- Option 2: Passengers can pay by cash on flights between Australia and Asia, and flights within Asia by A320 / 1 aircrafts. Also, in these flights, passengers can also pay by credit card.
