We personally think that the connection flight is a little bit urgent for you. If you do check in online, this might take you less time. However, we strongly recommend that you should delay your flight to PQC with some extra fee. We can help you to change it.

You can book the tickets directly via AloTrip website. However, you just can select maximum 6 adults for one booking in our website. Hence, for your requirement, you should divide your group into 2 bookings.
If you now stay in Hanoi, you can come to our office to pay for the ticket. The address is:
- Room 703, level 7, EVD building, 431 Tam Trinh, Hoang Mai Dist., Hanoi.

To book tickets for a group of passengers, you please send us the list of passengers (including their correct name and DOB) as well as the information for the flight, via email: [email protected], so that AloTrip can help you to make the bookings. Then, we will announce the result for you via email.

For Vietnam Airlines or other international airlines, the passengers are not allowed to edit or change the name in the ticket.

For Vietjet Air or Jetstar Pacific, they can support for changing the name in the ticket with fee. The changing fee includes: the airline's changing fee + the fare differences (between ticket fare and current fare) + the service charge of AloTrip.

If you booked the ticket with AloTrip, please give us your booking number or reservation code via email to have support.

20kg min means minimum 20kg for checked baggage. It is default in AloTrip's website for every international route. However, depending the booking class, the checked baggage allowance for each ticket is different.

According to the airline's policy, the baby stroller could not brought to the passenger cabin, but it could be transported as the checked baggage. You only can bring the baby stroller to the stairs up to the airplane, and the airline staff will bring it to the checked baggage cabin, then give it back to you when the airplane lands. There is no need to wrap the baby stroller.

Chidren under 12 years old should fly with adult. In case, chidren fly with their grandparents or other relatives (not their parents), they need to show their birth certificate and authorization letter with the agreement of their parents.

You can bring fresh or dried fruits in the hand baggage.

As your booking is made via agent, so you cannot track by that way.
