I could not select Phu Quoc as the departure to check-in online in Jetstar website. What should I do?

At the moment, Jetstar just allows passengers to check-in online with the departures in three domestic airports: Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Danang International Airport (Danang) and Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Hochiminh City). So you could not check-in online if you select Phu Quoc as your departure. You should go to the airport prior up to 2 hours to check-in with the airport staff. Thanks!

According to Vietjet Air baggage allowance, hand luggage must not be larger than 56cm × 36cm × 23cm and the maximum weight is 7kg; checked baggage must not be heavier than 32kg or larger than 81cm high × 119cm wide × and 119cm deep. Hence, you should adjust your bag so that it is suitable for Vietjet's flights.
